 Wim H. HeijtingCEO of Finch Strategy

 

Mr. Heijing began his career by joined Baan Company N.V.in 1990 and in 1992 became General Counsel and Secretary to the Board. In 1995 he co-managed and negotiated the company’s IPO on the NASDAQ and the AEX and was a member of the company’s Worldwide Leadership team. In 1998 he became COO for Baan Central Europe. In January of 2000 he accepted the position of Managing Partner at the Vanenburg Group B.V., a Dutch investment firm. By October 2001 he conducted an MBI with Watermark Holding B.V. and became its CEO. In December of 2005 Wim started Finch Corporate Strategy Services B.V., a business advising IT companies. Alfred Tulp - Managing Director Principal Investments, NIBC Bank N.V., Principal Investments

 

Alfred Tulp is the Managing Director of NIBC Principal Investments in The Hague. Prior to that, Mr. Tulp worked for 7 years as Director at HAL Investments BV, Rotterdam and for 7 years as Senior Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Co. Inc, Amsterdam. Before that, Mr. Tulp was employed at the International Affairs Department of De Nederlandsche Bank (Dutch central bank) in Amsterdam and at the Continental Illinois National Bank of Chicago, Inc. Mr. Tulp graduated with a degree in Economics from the University of Rotterdam and holds a masters degree in International Affairs from the Graduate School of International Studies at the University of Denver.   Chris van den Berg - CEO, Arch Hill N.V.

 

Prior to his position at Arch Hill, Chris van den Berg worked for The Amro Bank as a Director  and member of the Treasury Committtee. He was later appointed as a Director for Rockwool Lapinus. Before that Mr. van den Berg worked for BMW in the UK, USA and the Netherlands, after that he returned to the Banking sector as Board Member for the “Verenigde Spaarbank”, this bank merged with AMEV and AG and became the Fortis Group. Mr. van den Berg was appointed Chairman of the Board and member of the Executive Board of the Fortis Group. Finally he became CEO of the TMF Group and 4 years ago he became CEO of Arch Hill Capital. Besides this he occupies a position as a  commissioner for several organizations in the Netherlands, France and USA. Mr. van den Berg graduated at the University of Amsterdam and holds his doctorate in business economics.
