Wim H. Heijting – CEO of Finch Strategy
Wim Heijting began his career at Baan Company N.V. in 1990 and in 1992 became its General Counsel and Secretary to the Board. In 1995 he co-managed and negotiated the company’s IPO on the NASDAQ and the AEX and was a member of the company’s Worldwide Leadership Team. In 1998 he became COO for Baan Central Europe. In January of 2000 he accepted the position of Managing Partner at Vanenburg Capital Management Holding B.V., a Dutch ICT investment firm. By October 2001 he conducted a management buy in with Watermark Holding B.V. and became its CEO selling the company in 2005. By the end of 2005 Mr. Heijting started Finch Corporate Strategy Services B.V., a growth and strategy advisory practice for ICT companies. During 2007 and 2008 he was the President & COO of Cordys Holding B.V., one of his clients for which he concluded a success full financing round. Alfred Tulp - Managing Director NIBC Capital Partners
Alfred Tulp joined NIBC in 2003 as Head of the SBU Principal Investments and was co-founder of NIBC Capital Partners together with Gerard Burgers. Mr. Tulp is member of the Investment Committee of NIBC and the Capital Partners funds. He is currently also co-head of the SBU Investment Management. Prior to joining NIBC, Mr. Tulp was Director at HAL Investments (private equity investments) for seven years after having spent seven years at McKinsey & Co., as Senior Engagement Manager. Before that Mr. Tulp worked as Senior Economist at the International Affairs Department of the Dutch Central Bank and at Continental Illinois National Bank of Chicago. Over the last fourteen years Mr. Tulp has invested in several companies in and outside The Netherlands and is currently a member of the Supervisory Boards of these companies. In addition, he is Chairman of the Advisory Committee of Aescap Venture (since 2006). Mr. Tulp has a M.Sc. degree in Economics from the Erasmus University Rotterdam and a M.A. degree in International Affairs from the Graduate School of International Studies from the University of Denver. Chris van den Berg - CEO, Arch Hill N.V.
Prior to his position at Arch Hill, Chris van den Berg worked for The Amro Bank as a Director and member of the Treasury Committtee. He was later appointed as a Director for Rockwool Lapinus. Before that Mr. van den Berg worked for BMW in the UK, USA and the Netherlands, after that he returned to the Banking sector as Board Member for the “Verenigde Spaarbank”, this bank merged with AMEV and AG and became the Fortis Group. Mr. van den Berg was appointed Chairman of the Board and member of the Executive Board of the Fortis Group. Finally he became CEO of the TMF Group and 4 years ago he became CEO of Arch Hill Capital. Besides this he occupies a position as a commissioner for several organizations in the Netherlands, France and USA. Mr. van den Berg graduated at the University of Amsterdam and holds his doctorate in business economics.
