Wim H. Heijting – President and COO - Cordys
President and COO at Cordys as of August 1st, 2007. By December of 2005 Wim started Finch Corporate Strategy Services B.V., a business in advising IT companies on the full continuum of corporate transactions (mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity offerings and strategic alliances). In October 1990 Wim Heijting joined Baan Company N.V. and in 1992 became General Counsel and Secretary to the Board. In 1995 he co-managed and negotiated the company’s IPO on the NASDAQ and the AEX and was member of the company’s Worldwide Leadershipteam. In 1998 he became COO for Baan Central Europe. In January of 2000 Wim Heijting accepted the position of Managing Partner at the Vanenburg Group B.V., a Dutch investment firm. By October 2001 he conducted an MBI with Watermark Holding B.V. and became its CEO. In 2004 Watermark received the Microsoft Business Solutions’ Best EMEA Partner Award. Prior to this, Mr. Tulp worked for 7 years as Director at HAL Investments BV, Rotterdam and for 7 years as Senior Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Co. Inc, Amsterdam. Before that, Mr. Tulp was employed at the International Affairs Department of De Nederlandsche Bank (Dutch central bank) in Amsterdam and at the Continental Illinois National Bank of Chicago, Inc. Mr. Tulp graduated in Economics at the University of Rotterdam and holds a Master’s Degree in International Affairs of the Graduate School of International Studies at the University of Denver, USA. Chris van den Berg - CEO - Arch Hill N.V.
CEO at Arch Hill Capital NV. Prior to this, Mr. Van den Berg worked for The Amro Bank as Director Credits and member of the Treasury Committtee. He was appointed as Director Marketing Sales for Rockwool Lapinus and he also worked in Germany as vice-president for the management team. Before that Mr. Van den Berg worked for BMW in the UK, the USA and the Netherlands, after that he returned to the Banking sector as Board of Director for the “Verenigde Spaarbank”, this bank merged with AMEV and AG and became the Foris Group. Mr. Van den Berg was appointed as chairman of the Board of Directors and member of the Executive Board of the Fortis Group. Finally he became CEO of the TMF Group and 4 years ago he became CEO of Arch Hill Capital. Besides this he occupies a position in several commissioner ships in the Netherlands, France and the USA. Mr. Van den Berg graduated at the University of Amsterdam and holds his doctorate business economics.
