BWise going "public"

Recently we made the announcement that BWise is now part of the NASDAQ OMX organization. Well, if ever there was an important message about BWise, here it is. The last few days have been truly amazing, nothing but good messages and congratulations. At BWise, we are genuinely excited about this next step for the company.
Over time, I must have had the question hundreds of times, “Why don't you sell the company?” Why would we? I strongly believe one should only do this, if it makes business sense, if only the end result is for the better of the company, not just the individual shareholders. With NASDAQ OMX, we believe this is the case. In fact, we know that this is the case. We are able to continue to run the company as we're used to, but now with much more fire power. In addition, BWise joins other NASDAQ OMX solutions, like Smarts and FTEN compliance monitoring tools in the exchange and broker dealer business, Glide for social media monitoring and more. Our sustainability solution is strengthened by NASDAQ OMX services and partnerships and ratings. So, many things are going on. Interesting times for all of us, but busy is an understatement. Hopefully, I will soon find time to inform you about some exciting new capabilities that we're introducing to our clients. At the end of the day, the acquisition is behind us. Now we need to focus on doing business as usual and satisfying customer demand.
