Management Team  

Luc Brandts is responsible for managing the development and execution of BWise products and technology vision. In his previous career as a business consultant, he managed projects in information technology, systems implementation, change management and business process optimization. His experience extends to industries such as financial services, government, manufacturing, healthcare and telecommunications. Mr. Brandts graduated with honors from Eindhoven University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering focused on systems design and optimization. He obtained his doctoral thesis (Phd) on Methodical Design of Industrial Systems as an assistant professor at the Eindhoven University of Technology.

Tonny Boerboom is responsible for all developing activities in the Netherlands and India. Mr. Boerboom has held management positions at companies such as Digital Equipment, Kender Thijssen and a publicly traded ICT company, Triple P NV at Vianen (NASDAQ SCM: TPPP). At Triple P, Mr. Boerboom took an active part in advising the Board of Directors and subsequently served as Chief Operations Officer. Mr. Boerboom holds a Technical Institute degree in Digital Process Control and International Business Management training from INSEAD and Fontainebleau in France.

Mr. Sprakel oversees all sales and marketing operations at BWise. Between 1995 and 2000, Mr. Sprakel worked for Parametric Technology Corporation (PTC), a market leader in design through manufacturing solutions. At PTC he began his career as a sales representative and advanced through different sales ranks to ultimately set the strategy for PTC's Asian operations, based in Tokyo Japan, worth $200M per year. Between 2000 and 2002, Mr. Sprakel also served as CEO of a collaborative commerce software company, eMercatum, based in Singapore. Upon returning back to the Netherlands, Mr. Sprakel became commercial director at Comparex during 2002 and 2003. Mr. Sprakel holds a masters degree from the Technical University of Delft, The Netherlands.

Since 2005, Mr. Leeftink has been responsible for Consultancy and Project Management at BWise. He served in advisory roles for 16 years at the board level for such companies as DE Coffee Systems (SaraLee/DE), ThiemeMeulenhoff (PcM Uitgevers) and HoekLoos. Mr Leeftink has held several positions over an eight year period, respectively, at Mars, Luchthaven Schiphol and Datacard (boardmember). Mr. Leeftink holds a masters degree from the Technical University of Eindhoven, The Netherlands.

Since January 2006, Mr. Prince has been responsible for the Finance Operations of BWise and is sparring partner for the Management Team on strategic issues. Prior to joining BWise Mr. Prince worked for Getronics Europe, Unisys Europe, Nedgraphics and Oracle Europe as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Prince also worked for Ahold as Sarbanes-Oxley Project Manager and Ernst & Young as Senior Manager Audit. Mr. Prince holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the Middle Tennessee State University. Mr. Prince also is Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
