The Sarbanes-Oxley Act also addresses compliance issues for CIO’s, better known as IT governance. More often than not, IT governance compliance presents a myriad of challenges. Typically, most of the work has to be done by IT professionals who may not be up to date with the requirements of compliance laws.
BWise can help make sense of “general IT controls” as well as application-specific controls and assist in evaluating the related findings.

BWise consultants also can assist the IT department in establishing its data assessment processes. This is usually done on a quarterly basis, as major changes in IT controls must be reported regularly and be thoroughly checked at least once a year.
