GRC Leader BWise Appoints Chris von der Lieth Vice President of Sales for North America
Appointment Reaffirms Company’s Rapid U.S. Market Expansion and Leadership
New York, NY…. February 26, 2008 – BWise, the leading provider of governance, risk and compliance (GRC) software solutions, today announced the appointment of Chris von der Lieth to Vice President of Sales for North America. Von der Lieth was promoted to the new position as a reflection of the rapidly growing demand for the BWise market leading GRC solution and the need for an experienced sales professional to lead the related expansion of the North America office. Since von der Lieth joined BWise in 2005, the company’s solution has been named the leading GRC solution in the marketplace, with the U.S. sales team doubling revenue last year alone. In his new role at BWise, von der Lieth will be responsible for new sales growth and existing accounts in U.S. and Canada, helping organizations meet evolving GRC software needs through the delivery of the advanced BWise solution, built on a process-based framework and approach.

Prior to BWise, von der Lieth served as a sales executive for RSD America, an innovative document management software company, where he managed sales for the company throughout a diverse Fortune 1000 client base. He also served in sales at R.R. Donnelley & Sons, providing global printing and fulfillment solutions for numerous blue chip customers. In addition, von der Lieth represented Standard Register, where he consistently closed significant recurring annual revenue for printing and internet based requisitioning solutions. Von der Lieth holds a Master of Business Administration from Rutgers University and a Bachelor of Science of Business Administration from Boston University.
