NASDAQ OMX’s BWise and Matrix Agree to Partnership

Offering best-of-industry Governance, Risk Management and Compliance software and services to the Israeli market

New York, Herzlia, Israel and Den Bosch, the Netherlands, October 1, 2013 – BWise, a NASDAQ OMX company and the leading provider of enterprise Governance, Risk Management and Compliance (eGRC) software, today announced it has entered into a business partnership agreement with Matrix (TASE: MTRX), the leading information technology company in Israel. This business partnership agreement offers customers in Israel local support for the BWise® GRC Platform.

Matrix, a publically-traded company listed on the Tel Aviv stock exchange, has developed and implements leading technologies, software solutions and products. It also manages some of the leading IT projects in Israel, provides infrastructure, consulting, implementation and developing services, outsourcing, offshore, testing, training and assimilation. Matrix and BWise will join forces in selling and supporting the BWise integrated enterprise GRC software platform which enables clients to significantly improve business performance, manage financial and reputational risks and ensure compliance.
