NASDAQ OMX’s BWise hosts webinar ‘Financial Justification of GRC Projects’

Featuring Independent Research Firm Forrester

New York, NY, and Den Bosch, Netherlands, April 1, 2014 – NASDAQ OMX’s BWise will host a live webinar about the Financial Justification of GRC projects on April 23 at 4.00 PM CET (Amsterdam)/10.00 AM EST (New York) ànd 6.00 PM CET (Amsterdam)/Noon EST (New York). BWise is the global leader in Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) Management software and wants to serve all its markets by hosting the webinar at two different time slots. During the webinar, BWise’s CTO Luc Brandts and guest speaker Chris McClean, Principal Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) Analyst at Forrester Research will explain how to show company stakeholders the true value of GRC solutions.

Whether companies are just starting their GRC Journey with a single solution for Risk management, Compliance or Audit or looking to implement an integrated approach across the company, one of the challenges GRC teams may face is proving the ROI to executive management. While a GRC platform will help you effectively manage organizational risks, how will you show the key decision makers the cost-benefits? BWise’s CTO and Founder Luc Brandts will demonstrate how to build a business case during this live webinar with guest presenter Chris McClean of Forrester Research.

Topics covered during the webinar ‘Financial Justification of Your GRC Journey’:

  • The latest trends in the (GRC) Market (Chris McClean)
  • Maturity models (Chris McClean)
  • A demonstration of several ROI calculators (Luc Brandts)
  • Case studies (Luc Brandts)
  • Q&A

The webinar is open for registration.

Luc Brandts, CTO and Founder of BWise: ‘A regulator enforcing you to implement, for example an operational risk management system, should definitely not be the only reason why companies should invest in a GRC solution. Implementing BWise’s GRC Platform will support GRC teams to identify and manage their operational, financial, and reputational risks, while reducing the burden of compliance. At the same time, this will enable executives to truly optimize their strategic vision by balancing risk and business opportunity and thus improve overall performance.’
