If you have a valid username and password you can access BWise’s Online Service Desk. If you do not have a username and password, please contact your Customer Support Center via e-mail at the appropriate email address.
Using the Online Service Desk
You can register incidents yourself and track any progress regarding your incidents and changes. You will also get access to our knowledge base, in which you will find extended information about our BWise Solutions. The knowledge base also provides links to any downloads, updates and resources which are available.
