Maintenance and Support

Nasdaq BWise offers first class support services through license subscription or maintenance contracts. Included is the unique BWise Software Assurance: a free of charge entitlement to new releases that can be easily installed by the customer’s own technical administrator. New releases are usually made available twice a year.

BWise serves clients all over the globe. As a result, our help desks are available when our client’s need us. They can be accessed via the on-line call management application or by phone. All calls are logged and monitored. Resolution progress can be viewed online at any time.
