Certification Training
BWise Academy offers a certification program for the functional and technical administrator, implementation teams and business consultants who use BWise software. Certification will ensure competence for partner organizations and customers. Certified profesionals receive extra benefits such as:
- Free seminars/workshops made available for the certified professional. This will be based on the profile and level of certification (for example in-depth e-sessions).
- A subscription newsletter to keep you up-to-date on BWise products and services
- Availability of documentation (topdesk account)
BWise Bronze Certified Professional
The BWise Bronze Certification enables professionals to target specific areas within the BWise Solution, distinguishing themselves by demonstrating knowledge and expertise in their specialization. A BWise Bronze Certified professional will be able to implement and build a particular part of the BWise Solution.
Candidates who want to earn this certification must pass two exams. Which exams depends upon the chosen profile. For all profiles the exam Functional Administrator is mandatory. The other available profiles are:

SOX/Internal Control (Internal Control Framework and Internal Control Assessment)

Risk Management (Risk Management Framework and Risk Management Assessment)
BWise Silver Certified Professional
With the BWise Silver credential a professional can demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the BWise Solution, in combination with their specific area of expertise (as shown with the BWise Bronze Certification). The professional is also capable of troubleshooting and customizing a particular area of the BWise environment. Candidates who want to earn this certification must be BWise Bronze Certified and must pass the four following exams:
BWise Gold Certified Professional
BWise Gold Certification identifies the top industry experts in BWise software. They have proven experience with delivering solutions. Candidates are required to be competent in the complete BWise Solution.
Candidates who want to earn this certification must be BWise Silver Certified and must pass all of the following exams, taking into consideration the ones already passed for BWise Bronze and BWise Silver credentials:
- Internal Control (Internal Control Framework and Internal Control Assessment)
- Process Management
- Risk Management (Risk Management Framework and Risk Management Assessment)
- Internal Audit
- Corporate Control and Legal & Entity Management
- Loss Database
BWise Certified Trainer
A BWise Certified Trainer is the premier technical and instructional expert in BWise technology and solutions. To ensure a superior learning experience for our customers, BWise Certified trainers are the only individuals that BWise authorizes to deliver training based on BWise Learning Products.
To earn this certification the candidate must fulfill the following requirements:
- Be at least BWise Silver Certified and meet technical competency requirements for each course that they are authorized to teach
- Administer course evaluations to every student and maintain high customer satisfaction scores
- Demonstrate instructional presentation skills. This may be achieved by either:
- Attending and passing an instructional presentation skills class or train-the-trainer course taught and approved by a BWise training provider.
- Provide evidence of a certified instructor credential from another vendor
- Deliver a training in attendance of a BWise approved Training Consultant
