BWise Announces Successful U.S. Customer Summit, Highlighting GRC Best Practices from Across the Nation

New York, NY, May 23, 2008 – BWise, a leading provider of governance, risk and compliance (GRC) software solutions, today announced the successful U.S. Customer Summit held in Boston last week. Southern Company was honored with the 2008 U.S. Innovation Award for setting a new industry standard with the GRC results achieved through BWise 4.0, the latest release of BWise.
At the summit, customers discussed key trends and developments in GRC, in a forum that enabled the successful exchange of experiences from organizations in numerous sectors. New products were unveiled that will set additional benchmarks of excellence to help companies significantly increase operational effectiveness and reduce risk.
