Lisbon, Portugal and Den Bosch, Netherlands, July 30, 2013 – BWise, a NASDAQ OMX company and the leading provider of Enterprise Governance, Risk Management and Compliance (eGRC) software, announced today that is has entered into a partnership agreement with Link Consulting, a leading IT Solutions & Services Company in Portugal. This partnership agreement offers (prospective) clients in Portugal local support and implementation resources for the BWise® GRC platform.

Link has developed world-class Information and Communications Technologies as well as planning and management control systems for industries like Telecommunications, Banking and Insur¬ance, Logistics and Distribution and Passen¬ger Transportation. Link and BWise will join forces in selling, implementing and supporting the BWise® integrated GRC platform, enabling clients to significantly improve business performance, effectively manage their financial and reputational risks and ensure compliance in a cost efficient way.

João Gonçalves, Link Financial Services Director said, “We are excited about this new partnership. BWise solutions are recognized worldwide by customers and analysts; however, what pleased us most was the flexibility and the business know-how demonstrated both by BWise colleagues and embedded in the solution. The BWise® eGRC platform will complement our current BPM, IT Governance and Enterprise Architecture offer, since we understand those are disciplines that make sense together and integrated. We feel this is the right moment for GRC solutions in the Portuguese marketplace.”

Link has an extensive background in Business Process Management and an excellent knowledge of the GRC challenges in the Portuguese marketplace.
