Maintenance and support
Nasdaq BWise offers first class support services through license subscription or maintenance contracts. Included is the unique BWise Software Assurance: a free of charge entitlement to new releases that can be easily installed by the customer’s own technical administrator. New releases are usually made available twice a year.
BWise serves clients all over the globe. As a result, our help desks are available when our client’s need us. If desired by the client, we can support 24 hours per day, seven days per week. The help desk can be accessed via the on-line call management application or by phone. All calls are logged and monitored. Resolution progress can be viewed online at any time.
